I have worked on the client and developer side of the ProLease (Horizon) product since 2000. I understand the challenges faced by clients using the system. I also appreciate that ProLease (Horizon) is good at it's core purpose - property management. At Federated Hermes Investment Managers I replaced a department of three individuals who had previously managed the real estate systems, which included ProLease (Horizon) and Argus Valuation Capitalisation (now replaced by Argus Enterprise). I introduced a programme to improve service levels and efficiencies, and encouraged greater involvement with the key users, namely managing agents and the Hermes Finance, Asset and Investment Managers and Operations departments. I restructured the reporting suite and automated a key KPI report which previously consumed three working days to manually collate. I also project managed multiple upgrades. Recently at Logicor, I have been the technical lead on ProLease (Horizon) implementations in the UK, Spain, Portugal and Italy.
